  • A valid credit card

    Proof of current vaccinations.

    Guest profile and dog profile completed.

    Meet & Greet completed.

    Signed acknowledgement of our policies and agreements on file.

  • Core vaccines are required based upon age. These are typically rabies, DHPP, and bordetella. We’ll confirm what’s needed when we book, and we will want to receive confirmation of your vaccine records by the Meet & Greet.

  • By size, energy, and play style, with safety and calm routines as a priority. The overall limit is 5 dogs at the facility.

  • Often yes- depending on age, vaccination status, and temperament. Honestly, we love puppies, but are limited by the ethos of the type of environment that we want to provide to all of our clients simultaneously.

  • A leash/harness and any food if you want us to feed your dog during their visit.

  • Food, any medications, and any comfort items you prefer. We’ll guide you on what works best.

    We will provide all bedding. There is no need to provide bedding.

    Let us know if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Dog boarding includes multiple feedings. You provide the food, and you let us know when to feed your dog and how much to feed your dog each time. You’re in charge.

    Full-day daycare includes 1 feeding.

    Half-day daycare does not include a feeding.

    Home visits include a feeding during the visit, and any additional feedings are an add-on.

    Feeding times may be requested at the time of booking.

  • Yes- photo updates are part of Waggers care.

  • Normal cancellations which occur within 3 days prior to check-in will result in a 1 “event” charge.

    Holiday cancellations which occur within 10 days prior to check-in will result in a 1 holiday “event” charge.

    An “event” corresponds to what was the original confirmed reservation event, whether it was daycare, boarding, or a dog walk, etc.

  • Full-day is from 9am-5pm. Service outside of those hours can be arranged with an additional charge.
