STAY AND SERVICES POLICIES
DAYCARE
Full-Day Daycare:
Full-Day Daycare is available 9am-5pm every day.
Drop-offs and pick-ups outside of these hours will incur an additional fee.
Drop-off before 9am will incur a $10 fee per hour prior to 9am.
Drop-offs anytime between 8am and 9am costs $10.
Drop-offs anytime between 7am and 8am costs $20.
Drop-offs anytime between 6am and 7am costs $30.
Drop-offs before 6am can be accommodated, but will incur an additional after hours service fee of $20 in addition to the $10/hour costs.
Pick-ups after 5pm will incur a $10 fee per hour after 5pm.
Pick-ups anytime between 5pm and 6pm cost $10.
Pick-ups anytime between 6pm and 7pm cost $20.
Pick-ups anytime between 7pm and 8pm cost $30.
Pick-ups after 8pm can be accommodated, but will incur an additional after hours service fee of $20 in addition to the $10/hour costs.
After 8pm, clients are charged for dog boarding at the holiday rate of $90, if no pick-up has been arranged. Clients then have until 8pm the next day to pick-up their pup.
Half-Day Daycare:
Half-Day Daycare is anytime between 9am-5pm every day, up to 4 hours in duration.
Any time extending beyond 4 hours, immediately converts to a full-day daycare charge.
DOG BOARDING:
Dog boarding is for a 24-hour stay at Waggers.
With prior planning, early drop-offs are charged at $10/hour up until 3 hours ahead of the 24-hour boarding stay at Waggers.
With prior planning, early drop-offs up until 4-hours ahead of the 24-hour boarding stay are charged for half-day daycare.
With prior planning, early drop-offs up until up until 8-hours ahead of the 24-hour boarding stay are charged for a full-day daycare.
Late pick-ups are charged at $10/hour up until 3 hours beyond the 24-hour stay at Waggers.
Late pick-ups up until 4 hours beyond the 24-hour stay at Waggers are charged for a half-day daycare.
Late pick-ups up until 8-hours beyond the 24-hour stay at Waggers are charged for a full-day daycare.
Waggers provides all bedding for dog boarding. Please do not bring additional bedding.
For dog boarding, any special requests should be submitted at the time of the reservation request. Any special requests will be confirmed at the time of the reservation confirmation by Waggers. Unconfirmed special requests can not be honored.
Any belongings brought to Waggers for your dog, should be in a labelled box or bag with your dog’s name.
BEDDING
All bedding for dogs staying with us is provided by Waggers, and we do not allow any outside bedding at Waggers.
BELONGINGS
Any belongings brought to Waggers for your dog, should be in a labelled in a box or bag with your dog’s name.
FOOD
Food should be brought in a zip lock bag or in tupperware containers. The food bag or container must be labelled.
For feedings, we ask that you indicate the feeding times and the feeding amount for your dog during their stay.
Waggers does not include feeding dogs for half-day daycare.
Waggers includes one (1) feeding for full-day daycare.
Waggers includes multiple feedings for dog boarding, per owners instructions.
RESERVATIONS
A reservation can only be completed if the following is on file:
Acknowledgement of the Waggers Service Agreement
A completed guest profile and dog profile
Proof of current vaccinations, valid for the duration of the reservation
A valid credit card
Reservations are submitted via the website or via email
Reservations are confirmed back to the guest via email at which time the reservation is paid for, (the credit card is charged), which verifies the reservation is on file with Waggers.
Reservations may be cancelled by Waggers in the event that payment is not received, vaccinations are not accurate, or the dog’s health does not permit the completion of the reservation.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at reservation confirmation and is prepaid.
Additional charges (extended care, extra feeding, additional optional services) are paid at the time of occurrence.
REFUNDS
Refunds are available when reservations are cancelled 3 days prior to non-holiday reservations. Refunds are available when reservations are cancelled 10 days prior to holiday reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Normal cancellation policy:
Cancellations for “events” which occur within three (3) days prior to check-in will result in a one (1) “event” charge to the credit card on file. To avoid charges, cancel non-holiday reservations at least three days prior to the reservation start date.
Holiday cancellation policy:
Cancellations for “events” which occur within ten (10) days prior to check-in for holiday “events” will result in a one (1) holiday “event” charge to the credit card on file. To avoid holiday charges, cancel holiday reservations at least 10 days prior to the reservation start date.
RECEIPTS
Receipts are emailed after all billing is completed.
MEDICATIONS
Medications to be administered by Waggers personnel can be topical or oral only.
Medication should be brought in their original pill bottle. The medication needs to list the name of medication listed, the prescribed dosage, and the name of the dog/patient on the medication package. (This ensures that in the event of an emergency, Waggers staff can quickly and clearly communicate any medications to medical staff.)
No dogs that require medical treatment beyond oral or topical medication are permitted at Waggers.
HEALTH
No dogs with health conditions that can be communicable to other dogs are permitted at Waggers.
No dogs with known severe medical conditions requiring constant attention (heart conditions, organ failure, seizures) are permitted at Waggers.
No dogs who have a terminal illness are permitted at Waggers.
No dogs that are incapable of standing, walking, urinating, or pooping without assistance are permitted at Waggers.
No dogs that require diapers are permitted at Waggers.
No dogs that have a bite history or that put our staff or other dogs at risk are permitted at Waggers.
VACCINATIONS
Vaccination documentation is expected at the Meet & Greet. If not delivered at the Meet & Greet, vaccination documentation must be delivered as soon as possible, and is required before making an initial reservation.
Waggers will send a reminder to update vaccination documentation via email, but it is the responsibility of the dog owner to maintain current vaccination documentation with Waggers.
Vaccination documentation must provide proof of vaccinations against Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.
Puppies are welcome to use our services, as long as they are fully vaccinated with all required vaccinations.
Vaccines must be given at a Veterinary office under the supervision of a licensed Veterinarian.
ADDITIONAL HEALTH COSTS
If any medical issues arise while staying at Waggers, we will attempt to contact you for guidance, but if we are incapable of being reached or advising appropriately, Waggers will seek treatment by a veterinarian and you will be charged for any specialized care fees incurred.
If fleas or ticks are found on your dog, Waggers will treat your dog, and you will be charged for the treatment.
Waggers expects reimbursement immediately for any health costs incurred during your dog’s stay.

Typically if a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed through the weekend including Friday and/or Monday.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
We reserve the right to charge for property damage fees in the event that a dog causes damage to the facility beyond normal dog behaviors, (running, walking, normal wear and tear). Property damage includes damage or destruction of the building or facilities.
To avoid the potential of any unexpected fees, we strongly suggest communicating any questionable dog behaviors at the Meet & Greet so that they are considered and/or understood.
